FACILITIES
Our Yonkers facility is 14,200 square feet. Both gyms are packed with all the latest strength & cardio equipment for our members. Both facilities have men/ladies locker rooms with lockers to use with no additional rental charges and two shower stalls. Both facilities sell protein/energy drinks, powerbars, and sportswear clothing at the front of cashier counter.
